Free products

The free test and free features are not eligible for any refund (no payment is made).

Digital products

Our products are immediately-delivered digital goods. Refunds are, by nature, limited.

No refund after

  • full report delivery,
  • certificate generation,
  • QR code generation,
  • any completed digital delivery.

Exceptions

A refund may be granted in the event of a technical failure attributable to us that prevents delivery, or in the event of duplicate billing. Such requests are made through the contact form (category "Support"), quoting your order reference.

EU consumers

Under European Union law, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with your agreement and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right. By confirming the purchase of an immediate digital deliverable, you expressly request its immediate performance.
